Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

Carranza Loft ships racing pigeons directly to one loft race events across the USA. The specific event must be specified by the buyer at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Time

The shipping schedule is aligned with the breeding cycle and race event timelines. Buyers will be informed of the estimated shipping date post-purchase.

3. Shipping Process

All pigeons are shipped in safe, comfortable, and humane conditions. We prioritize the health and well-being of our birds during transit.
Buyers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once their pigeon(s) are dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are included in the purchase price of the pigeon(s). There are no additional charges for standard shipping to one loft race events.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (live animals), returns are not feasible. However, Carranza Loft stands behind the health and quality of our pigeons at the time of sale.

2. Loss or Damage During Shipping

In the rare event of loss or damage during shipping, Carranza Loft will offer compensation in the form of a late hatch or additional pigeons in the next breeding season.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Post this period, cancellations are not accepted due to the specific preparations and arrangements required for each pigeon.

4. Compensation Policy

In case of loss during a race, buyers must provide proof of participation and loss to claim compensation.
Compensation will be in the form of a late hatch or additional pigeons in the upcoming breeding season.

5. Breeding Issues

In the rare event of a breeding pair not fertilizing its eggs or one of the pairs dying, we offer the option to either reimburse the money or choose offspring from other available pairs.

6. Prize Winnings

In the event of winning prizes in one loft races, the buyer retains 100% of the winning prizes.
